The European virtual press room leader today announces the acquisition of PressKing, a SaaS solution that gives startups and companies the ability to easily integrate and manage their own virtual press room online. With 35% of their turnover already originating from the UK and Germany, ePressPack is further reinforcing its international leadership, notably in the US.

Paris, 26 February 2015 – ePressPack today announces the acquisition of PressKing, an all-in-one solution for the management of online press relations. The move aims to support the development of the company’s customer portfolio and reinforce its position on an international level.  

PressKing, a virtual media room :  

PressKing was launched in 2010 by eFounders, by Thibaud Elzière (co-founder of Fotolia) and Charles Mignot. The aim was simple : to enable every company to benefit from low cost online PR solutions (approx. 80€ per month, with no engagement). The company succeded in attracting thousands of clients, including 60% US based, in record timing. References include brands such as Chatelles, MailJet, KeeMotion, Legacy Business, etc.
