Objectif du poste

L’objectif principal d’un Chef de Projet Web Design est de mettre en place des solutions de communication multimédia stables, ergonomiques, esthétiques, permettant de valoriser à la fois la marque epresspack et les clients servis par epresspack.  Il doit garantir le bon déroulement des grandes phases du projet en assurant la bonne intégration des différentes composantes de celui-ci (politique de communication, identité de la marque, innovations technologiques, contenu, délais de livraison). Il coordonne les intervenants en servant de point de référence pour l’ensemble des travaux liés à la réalisation des projets dont il a la charge.

Ces travaux auront un enjeu de recherche, lors de la mise au point des versions successives des outils epresspack, et/ou un enjeu de service, lors du déploiement ou de l’adaptation de ces solutions pour des clients.  Il assure le développement du portefeuille clients de epresspack dans le respect de la stratégie mise en place par la Société.  Il soutient, initie et supporte la commercialisation et la distribution des produits et services de la société, sur le périmètre commercial qui lui est confié – périmètre pouvant évoluer au cours de l’année.

Principales fonctions

Le Chef de Projet Web Design a pour mission d’être l’interlocuteur principal pour le projet dont il a la charge, vis-à-vis des partenaires internes (direction, équipes commerciales, de service et R&D) comme externe (clients, fournisseurs).

En particulier pour les développements produits (R&D) :

  • Il veille au développement de solutions de qualité, en mettant en œuvre ses compétences techniques (html, css, php) et son intelligence pour aboutir à des produits de qualité.
  • Il s’assure en particulier de la bonne compatibilité des produits avec la stratégie technologique de l’entreprise (compatibilité étendue vis-à-vis des navigateurs web et clients de messagerie, chartes graphiques hautement paramétrable, délivrabilité des emails, …).
  • Il participe à l’intégration de nouveaux collaborateurs en veillant à leur formation et au partage de connaissance. Il exerce dans ce domaine un rôle de référent, exemple pour ses pairs.
  • Il prend en charge les relations avec les fournisseurs lorsque cela est demandé par la direction pour les sujets connexes à ses projets, dans le but de faire aboutir ses projets dans les meilleurs conditions et en veillant à nouveau à l’image de epresspack véhiculée.
  • Il communique sur les innovations techniques dans le domaine des relations presse, notamment via twitter, afin de rehausser la notoriété de ePressPack.


En particulier pour les services aux clients (Service) :

  • Il prend en charge la réalisation des mock-ups (éléments de démonstration) et intervient en soutient avant-vente des équipes commerciales.
  • Il assure la livraison des solutions et des éléments de communication en conformité avec les demandes des clients, dans un esprit de service.
  • Il veille notamment à répondre promptement et courtoisement aux différentes remarques et demandes qui peuvent être adressées par le client à Epresspack, dans le but de faire vivre au client une expérience de communication réussie. Cela passe notamment par une attention au respect des chartes graphiques de ces clients, et par un soin porté à la réalisation de solutions epresspack (place des photos, taille des caractères, couleurs, format des emails, …)
  • Il exerce une veille sur les moyens de communication ayant généré des succès, en utilisant ces connaissances capitalisées pour augmenter le savoir-faire de l’équipe et en conseillant les clients de epresspack dès que cela est possible.


Autres fonctions, transverses à la Société:

  • Il participe au développement de l’offre de la société.
  • Sa connaissance de l’environnement dans lequel il opère lui permet d’être force de proposition pour  améliorer les produits existent et, de participer à la mise au point de nouveaux produits.
  • Son action permet le développement de la marge brute dégagée par chaque produit ainsi que l’évolutivité constante des produits.
  • Il se comporte en ambassadeur de la marque epresspack, par sa tenue, son comportement, et son relationnel.
  • Il assure une veille quant aux évolutions commerciales et technologiques susceptibles d’avoir une influence sur les produits.

What is it like to be the Operational Marketing/Communication Manager

Epresspack is an international SaaS start-up company specializing in stakeholder communications and relations. Through our online interactive multi-channel communication solutions, epresspack supports companies in enhancing and optimizing their stakeholder communication and interactions for journalists and influencers. Established over 6 years ago with HQ in Paris and international offices in London and North America, ePressPack works with over 250 customers worldwide, including organizations such as Accor Hotels, Louis Vuitton, Aston Martin, Orange, ING Bank.

As part of our growth strategy epresspack is looking for an experienced operational marketing/communication manager, based in the UK (or in Paris if UK native). Working closely with our CMO and marketing team in Paris, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional looking to apply and evolve their experience and learning in the marketing space to help drive brand perception of epresspack across the English-speaking markets (UK, USA, Netherlands, etc.) and support our ambition to become the market leader in those regions. He/she will report directly to the CMO in Paris.

For the right candidate, and governed by success, this role will not only be rewarding in the short term but has a strong emphasis on evolving quickly as the success of the business builds.


Working closely with and supporting the CMO and Paris based marketing team, the key responsibilities for this role will be :

Marketing

  • Work closely with central marketing team (Paris) to build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts and drives conversion of a qualified new prospect audience to our owned properties, continues to support, educate and retain our existing clients and positions ePressPack as the leader in its field (including blog posts, whitepapers, studies, webinars, infographics, etc.).
  • Create sales specific content (e.g. sales enablement documentation, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts) to articulate the benefits of our products to the market; accompany the Business Development team to introduce sales/insights tools to the prospects.
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, through our channels by converting site traffic or own network.
  • Improve with central team organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on click through rates, traffic, and conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.
  • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead of competition
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities/initiatives, effectiveness, and business impact, reporting ROI
  • Explore new ways to identify, segment, target, engage and convert our target buyers.


PR/communication/Events
  • Build a strategy to be seen during professional fairs, awards and work closely with professional associations (ICCO, PRCA, etc.).
  • Manage specific events attendance along with central team: fairs, awards, etc
  • identify suitable industry awards to enter
  • Be the leader and point of contact to discuss with dedicated business journalists and influencers. Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company and industry, to continue to push awareness of the epresspack brand.


Core Skills and Requirements:

  • You are a fluent and experienced communicator in English and ideally French (English native)
  • BA/BS BA in Marketing or Communication
  • At least three years active experience working within a marketing role
  • Previous experience producing content for the web and social media channels to drive engagement and conversion
  • Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, SEO and web analytics.
  • A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business to various types of content and audience and most importantly the UK market.
  • A passion and strong understanding of the PR & Marketing communications industry and our business mission.
  • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and as part of an international team, managing projects with many moving parts.

What is it like to be the Business Development - Inside Sales Representative at epresspack?


Working across a wide variety of industries with major brands, such as Louis Vuitton, Aston Martin, Tommy Hilfiger, Sanofi, Chateau Versailles, and Havas, epresspack offers a customized Newsroom Content Management Solution (SaaS) based on client's needs, brand guidelines, and overall communication goals. Integrated into the client's website, epresspack's closed-loop solution provides a one-stop shop to manage, publish, and distribute rich media stories to a target audience, and then get the analytics to measure the results, all while ensuring the content is SEO optimized and shareable.

As a member of the newly created North American Start-up team, as the Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for lead generation and engaging epresspack’s prospective customers by leveraging your PR and digital marketing skills to position our software as a service (SaaS) solutions through cold calling and other direct lead generation activities such as social selling. You will manage the sales cycle from needs analysis, demo, proposal through to close.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Learning and maintaining a deep understanding of epresspack solution, client needs and the industry as a whole, by participating in formal/informal training sessions and self-directed learning; maintaining a knowledge of all processes, systems, and applications utilized within the company (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.);
  • Developing and maintaining a sales pipeline of opportunities to achieve lead generation objectives by placing calls and sending emails to potential clients for sales and marketing purposes (e.g., cold calls, off lists); using social media to engage and identify prospects, receiving and responding to inbound call, online chat or email inquiries about our solution; managing email and voicemail to ensure prompt response to potential customers.
  • Conduct strategic business conversations with prospects to understand their needs and succinctly articulate epresspack client’s story to showcase how we can address their specific needs based on concrete case studies;
  • Research and build data list of potential prospects; meet prospecting KPI’s activities and validated pipeline goals utilizing our dedicated CRM system and ensure all your activities, including meetings booked and notes, are all captured in Salesforce.
  • Produce well-written client-facing documentation for all opportunities you pursue.
 

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to connect and engage with prospects via the telephone and social media – A MUST!
  • Experience using technology like Skype for business, Google hangout or any other web. solution to conduct meetings and demos in North America.
  • Experience selling technology, more especially software as a service (SaaS) and fast-learner.
  • Ability to build a prospect list using programs such as LinkedIn, Zoominfo, Jigsaw.
  • Understanding of sales environments that have a complex decision-making hierarchy
  • Experience using Salesforce or another Sales CRM a must.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft office (specifically PowerPoint & Excel).
  • You are curious minded and always learning new things.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – English.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills – Teamwork oriented.


Education & other requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field or equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution

Reporting to the Director Sales, UK, you will contribute towards building epresspack as a leader in its industry. You will also assist with gathering insights on current and new product concepts, and provide feedback for future product development. You will represent epresspack as a brand ambassador to build awareness at industry events and through social networking.  You will work with the Client Success Team to ensure our customized solution meets every client’s needs.
